8. Wikipedia has banned Scientologists from editing articles
Free-access online encyclopedia Wikipedia has banned edits from all IP addresses owned by the Church of Scientology or its associates. This is punishment for “repeated and deceptive editing of articles” about the Church. The landmark ruling, after the longest-running court case in Wikipedia history, comes from the Supreme Court of a website founded on principles of being open and inclusive.
